All machine and equipments are built in AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel and special accessories for food stuffs entirely built according to the European regulation CE.

PEM series

- PEM series is used for producing of block type kashkaval processed cheese
- PEM series consist of just melting pan without vacuum system.
- PEM models processed chesses machines in a three different    capacities.

 KRM series

KRM series is used for producing of block type kashkaval also semi-hard cheese production line.

  • KRM series consist of kneading and forming machine allows three different capacities as requested. In the kneading and forming machine to weight from 500 gr to 2 kg.
  • KRM kneading and forming machine has Teflon covered hopper basin, direct steam or indirect application , digital thermometer ,electrical panel, circulation pump, special designed transferring system to molding unit, automatic heat control unit , pneumatic discharging system, kneading with speed control.

 KR series

KR series consist of complete processed (spread able) production line and processed (spread able) cheese machines. Both systems allow three different capacities as requested.

Complete processed cheese PRD Lines are consists of metting pan, vacuum system, creaming tank, CIP system and optional filling unit (pneumatic or volumetric)  

Processed cheese machine are consist of melting pan and vacuum system that supply high quality product in a short time.

Pan upper stirrer gearbox and bottom cutter motor are connected by monoblock type
Pan is designed to unload the product by graviton forces with special design of pan capability of bending
Direct steam application to the product or indirect steam application
There is a special system which is supplied to feed all additives without opening the lid.
Speed controller mix motor, digital heat gauge, dectrical control

Special pneumatic steam vents are supplied to homogenization of product structure.
