GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT DRYING PROCESS:

There are 3 articles for drying process: Air, temperature and time.
Each one has a special function for dring process.

A- AIR:

Air has two different fonksions for  drying .First,air carry out  the water which evoperate from product.The quantity of the water is increase which  carry out by air,if the temperature of air is increase .Secondly air is using to absorb the humidity before stroge.

 

B- TEMPERATURE:

Hetaed air is capable to absorb more humidity. Hot air is using to heat the product and carry out humidity from air. Hot air is supplying by heating elements and air blowers. Heating energy is generating by LPG, electricity, coal or NPG.
It is important to select correct type enrgy source according condition and type of product.

 

C- TIME:

There is a relation among time, air and temperature.Time is controlling by conveying speed of the product in dryer. Time is controlling by adjasting of conveying speed in tunnel type dryer.

A-) GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

Input Capacity (for onion, pea and garlic): 700 Kg/ h  (capacity may be changed according to product, cutting and weather conditions)
Fuel Consumption (Naturel Gas): Approx. 10 m3/h (It may be change according to weather conditions and humidity rates of product)
Air Consumption: 25.000 m3/h.
Electric Consumption: 15 kWh.
Total Electrycity consumption: It changes according to capacity

  • It changes according to air temprature and humidity of the air,
  • It changes according to product temprature and humidity of the product,
  • It changes according to working hours of the machine

Material: The places where the product contacts has been manufactured by Cr-Ni 304

B-) OTHER EQUIPMENTS LOCATED ON THE MACHINE

  • Function: Delivery over the band as healthy and without space

Circulation Fans:

  • Quantity: Two units at each section

Exhausted Collecting System:

  • Function: It has been produced in order to collect the dusts inside the machine located below. It moves with lower band and collects dusts and drops them into dust collecting spiral located outside.

Control Panel:

  • Function: Tempratures in the dryer, speeds of the bands, Controls of the exhaust exits and start-stop buttons of the machines  will be realized by a desktop control panel.
  • Temprature Reading System: Digital
